Omelette

Thick omelette, folded once and garnished on a plate.
Whole meal for one person, or cut in half to be two meal parts.

Utensils

  • bowl / mug
  • whisk
  • flat spatula
  • pan

Ingredients

  • eggs 3-4
  • milk 1 tsp
  • olive oil 1 tbsp
  • black pepper 1 tsp
  • Provence herbs 1-2 tsp
  • filling of your choice (pepperoni, bacon bits, etc.)
  • grated cheese
  • ketchup

Instructions

  1. in pan, pour oil at 50% heat
  2. in bowl / mug, whisk eggs, milk, black pepper, and herbs until smooth
  3. in pan, pour bowl
  4. with spatula, push mix around until no liquid remains uncooked
  5. add cheese and filling, cook until melted
  6. fold once, optionally divide once with spatula
  7. on plate, serve with ketchup drizzle and herbs
