Scrambled Eggs

Quick and easy scrambled eggs, easy on the mouth.
Served to your heart's content, moreso as a meal part.

Utensils

  • bowl / mug
  • whisk
  • flat spatula
  • pan

Ingredients

  • eggs 2-4
  • milk 1 tsp
  • olive oil 1 tbsp
  • black pepper 1 tsp
  • Provence herbs 1-2 tsp
  • grated cheese
  • ketchup

Instructions

  1. in pan, pour oil at 50% heat
  2. in bowl / mug, whisk eggs, milk, pepper, and herbs until smooth
  3. in pan, pour bowl
  4. with spatula, constantly break up forming egg until no liquid remains
  5. mix around and break up remaining egg into small pieces
  6. add cheese, mix and cook until melted
  7. on plate, serve with ketchup drizzle and herbs
